Contact and correspondence
The form creates an email draft in your own email application. This website does not submit or store its contents. If you send the email, I receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, organisation and enquiry. I use it to respond, discuss the work and manage our correspondence. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to TechLetter.
Services and external platforms
Email services process correspondence. This website is hosted through Vercel; the hosting provider may process technical connection information, including IP addresses and request logs, under its own terms. Google Fonts receives a connection when fonts load. YouTube loads only when you choose to play a video. External services may process data outside Türkiye.
TechLetter subscriptions
Subscription takes place on Substack. This website does not collect newsletter email addresses. Substack manages subscription information under its privacy policy. You can unsubscribe through the link in a newsletter.
Storage and your requests
Your language preference is remembered in a cookie for one year. The newsletter dismissal preference lasts 30 days in your browser. Correspondence may be retained while handling your enquiry, our work and applicable record-keeping obligations. You may contact me to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you shared. I assess requests under applicable data protection rules. Please do not include sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
